Effective September 5, 2026

AnthroMission LLC ("AnthroMission," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit anthromission.com, contact us, or submit information through an AnthroMission website form.

Scope of this notice. This notice currently applies to AnthroMission's public website and related communications. It does not govern customer accounts or product use through anthromission.app. Separate product privacy documentation will be provided before AnthroMission activates product accounts or collects information through the application.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

  • your first and last name;
  • your email address;
  • your organization and job title;
  • information you provide about your organization's funding-operations needs or challenges; and
  • information included in emails or other communications you send to us.

Please do not submit client, participant, patient, donor, employee, or other third-party personal information through our website. Do not submit health information, financial account information, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive or confidential information through the Early Access form or general email.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address;
  • browser and device type;
  • operating system;
  • requested pages or files;
  • date and time of a request; and
  • diagnostic, performance, and security logs.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on anthromission.com. If that changes, we will update this notice and provide any notice or consent controls required by applicable law.

2. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
  • respond to questions, requests, or messages;
  • manage Early Access interest and related communications;
  • invite interested organizations to discovery conversations, demonstrations, or potential pilot opportunities;
  • understand nonprofit funding-operations needs in aggregate;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or technical problems; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights or the rights of others.

Submitting an Early Access form does not guarantee access, pilot participation, pricing, or a particular launch date.

3. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • service providers that support website hosting, security, form processing, email, and business operations, including Vercel and Microsoft 365 services administered through GoDaddy;
  • professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, or consultants, when reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • government authorities, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; or
  • a successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

4. Email Communications

If you join the Early Access list, we may send you AnthroMission updates and information about discovery conversations, demonstrations, pilots, or launch activities. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe method included in the message or by emailing info@anthromission.com.

We may still send non-promotional messages when needed to respond to a request or administer an ongoing relationship.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice. Unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing business relationship, we generally plan to delete or de-identify Early Access and inquiry information within 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.

Technical logs are retained according to our providers' configurations and only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, diagnostics, and website operations. We may retain limited information longer when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce agreements.

6. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may ask us to:

  • provide information about personal information we maintain about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete information, subject to legal or operational exceptions;
  • stop sending marketing communications; or
  • address another privacy question or concern.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. To submit a request, email info@anthromission.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The AnthroMission website is intended for nonprofit professionals and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
